Partner Visa in Australia
At Stojanovic and Associates, we help couples stay together in Australia. If you're in a genuine relationship with an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen, you may be eligible for a partner visa.
Whether you're already in Australia or applying from overseas, we guide you through the right partner visa pathway—onshore, offshore, or through the Prospective Marriage Visa.

Partner Visa
Apply Onshore in Australia
This visa lets you stay in Australia while your application is processed.
- Apply while you’re in Australia
- Stay on a bridging visa during processing
- After two years, you may be eligible for the permanent Subclass 801 visa
- Best for applicants already in a long-term relationship and living in Australia
Subclass 309
Partner Visa
 Apply from Outside Australia
For those who are overseas at the time of application and visa grant.
- Must be offshore when applying and when the 309 visa is granted
- Once granted, you can come to Australia and continue to permanent stage (Subclass 100)
- A solid option for couples not yet living together in Australia
Subclass 300
 Prospective Marriage Visa
(Fiancé Visa)
This is for couples who are engaged and planning to marry in Australia.
- Must apply from outside Australia
- Valid for 9 months from the grant – you must marry within this time
- After marriage, you apply for the onshore 820/801 visa pathway
